Pourvoirie du Lac Lacroix

In the heart of the boreal forest of Haute-Mauricie, Pourvoirie du Lac Lacroix opens onto a vast 32 km lake to explore. With only 4 cabins on the territory, you'll find all the space and privacy you could want — 'be alone in the world.' The fishing here is raw and exceptional: wild walleye and pike, in a season that runs from June to September. The four cabins, all private and fully equipped (electricity, running non-potable water, kitchen with gas oven, living room with wood stove, bathroom with shower), each offer a different experience: Lodge Lacroix (10 beds, 5 bedrooms) at the main camp on the point, perfect for big family or friends' gatherings; Lacroix II (4 beds, 2 bedrooms) with a view, ideal for couples and small groups; Camp Blanc (6 beds, 3 bedrooms) with its private beach, about 15 minutes from the main camp; and Eagle River (4 beds, 2 bedrooms), the most intimate, about 35 minutes by boat from the main camp on the Eagle river. Boats and gas are included; a guide and a pontoon are available at extra cost. Transport can be arranged from Clova or Chibougamau.
