Pourvoirie Air Tamarac is a family business founded in 1968 in Clova, specializing in fly-in hunting and fishing in Quebec for more than 55 years. It brings together three outfitting camps reachable only by floatplane and 24 comfortable, fully equipped cabins: Pourvoirie Lac Hébert (including Lac Charlotte) in Eeyou Istchee Baie-James territory, Pourvoirie Lac Sauterelle in the Haute-Mauricie, and the Réservoir Gouin camp (including Lac Angèle). Anglers fish for walleye, northern pike and native brook trout across five large wilderness territories, including Lac Sauterelle's exclusive 60 km² territory. For hunters, Air Tamarac offers quality moose hunting on two exclusive territories (Lac Angèle and Lac Sauterelle) set up with trails, salt licks and lookout stands. The two floatplane bases are at Clova and Sainte-Anne-du-Lac. Air Tamarac also runs an air-taxi (floatplane charter) service throughout Quebec. Access exclusively by floatplane. Two departure bases: Clova (Haute-Mauricie) and Sainte-Anne-du-Lac. Depending on the destination, the flight departs from one base or the other (e.g. Lac Sauterelle: a 35-minute floatplane flight from Sainte-Anne-du-Lac). 110 lb baggage limit per person from Clova.
