An exclusive-rights outfitter in the heart of the Monts-Valin (Zone 28). More than 100 lakes spread across a 173 km² territory, including two lakes over 10 km long — the outfitter ranks third for water surface area on its territory. Fishing for native brook trout is 100% guaranteed (15-trout quota, boat and motor provided), with the cabins set along Lac la Sorbière, the domain's second-largest lake. Hunting for moose, bear (all guided, baited sites) and small game, by bow, crossbow and firearm. Lodging in eight cabins rated 3 to 5 stars for 2 to 14 people: running water (non-potable), propane appliances, wood stove, BBQ, full bathroom, generator electricity in the evening (120 V outlet) and free Internet at the welcome cabin. Several lakes reachable by vehicle, ATV, boat or on foot.

Access : By road · By boat

Road access then a pontoon crossing (per /directions/). From Chicoutimi: cross to Chicoutimi-Nord, take Route 172 toward Tadoussac for ~25 km (pass St-Fulgence without entering the village), turn left onto the ZEC Martin-Valin road to the gate (~0.5 km; access fee about $11). Drive 83 km, bear left at the fork (km 83; mileage resets to 0); after km 4 turn left for 7 km toward Bras Louis road, keep right for 20 km to km 89, turn right at the sign and drive 10 km on the main road. The outfitter's pontoon then takes you to the site.
