Auberge-Pourvoirie Isle-aux-Grues

Auberge-Pourvoirie Isle-aux-Grues is a family-run inn on Isle-aux-Grues, in the heart of the St. Lawrence River estuary, reached by ferry from Montmagny. Guests come to unwind to the rhythm of the tides: five renovated rooms with estuary views (a country-style room, superior rooms, one with a mezzanine, a two-bed room that sleeps up to 4, and a garden-side room), all with a private bathroom and continental breakfast for two included. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer space, a large dining room, a riverfront terrace, semi-private picnic areas and a BBQ. The outfitter specializes in guided waterfowl and snow-goose hunting (migratory birds) on the river — decoy setup, transport to the site, a guide, a retriever dog and a custom schedule — offered as a hunt-only package or as a hunt-and-lodging package. Hunting-land rental is also available on request.
