About

Pourvoirie Roger Gladu (Service de Guide Roger Gladu) is a base camp in the heart of the Lac Saint-Pierre archipelago, in Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola, near Berthierville and the Sorel-Tracy – Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola ferry crossing, within a UNESCO-recognized world biosphere reserve. Its private marina on the Île aux Ours channel gives direct access to Lac Saint-Pierre and the St. Lawrence River (boat launch, dock, storage, gas, propane). On offer: all-inclusive guided fishing for walleye and northern pike, 'adventure' carp fishing (June to September, wild camping or cabin), and winter ice fishing with dozens of cabins and over 24 km of ice roads. In fall, more than 1,000 acres of private marsh host guided waterfowl hunting (dabbling ducks, geese), with a retriever dog and prepared sites. The outfitter rents five fully-equipped cabins (Le Nicole, Le Garrot, Le Morillon, Le Branchu, Le Nid du Garrot), as well as motorboats and a fishing pontoon.
