Pourvoirie Homamo

About
Pourvoirie Homamo, located on Lac Itomamo, is a 129 km² exclusive territory gathering more than 45 lakes and 3 rivers, once reachable only by floatplane and now accessible by car (since 2006). In winter, after parking, you travel 15 to 25 km by snowmobile (or cross-country ski) to reach the cabins. Homamo has 9 log cabins (up to 10 people) spread across 3 sites. Renowned as one of the outfitters with the most native brook trout (record near 10 pounds), it works 15 fishing lakes and opens new ones each year. On the hunting side, the territory offers moose (exclusive sectors of about 10 km² per group), black bear (baited sites) and, since 2023, small game (ruffed grouse, spruce grouse, hare). In winter: off-trail snowmobiling and ice fishing.
