Pourvoirie du Lac Croche, in Saint-Côme in Lanaudière, is a fishing destination on a 13.5 km² exclusive-rights territory with 11 lakes. Known for its brook trout, rainbow trout and grey trout (lake trout) fishing, it offers day fishing (summer and winter ice fishing) as well as fishing with lodging on the European plan. Lodging is in 11 fully equipped cabins set around Lac Croche — from the rustic cabin on the shore of Lac Castor for absolute tranquility to the new Canard cabin (30 x 40 feet), the largest at the outfitter. The outfitter also offers camping (backcountry or RV), vacationing with free paddle boards and kayaks, hiking, snowshoeing and wildlife watching, as well as hunting for small game, moose and black bear (zone 15 East).
