Pourvoirie des Bouleaux Blancs

A family-run outfitter for more than 30 years, Pourvoirie des Bouleaux Blancs spreads over 75 km² of private, access-controlled territory holding 30 lakes and 5 cabins, each facing the water. Fishing is for native brook trout — no stocking, lightly fished lakes, a 14-foot aluminum boat on every lake, one lake assigned exclusively to your party each day, and a generous 20-trout possession quota. On the hunting side: black bear on a guided package over daily-baited sites (a 100% success rate advertised since 1999), moose on a territory laid out with 40 enclosed blinds and 60 salt licks, and small game — partridge (ruffed grouse and spruce grouse), snowshoe hare and woodcock. The cabins run on solar power (no generator noise) and offer real beds, hot and cold running water, a shower, a kitchenette, a BBQ and a campfire area with firewood provided. In summer, from July 10 to August 15, packages are set aside for families and small groups of friends: hiking and mountain-biking trails, ATV riding, swimming and paddleboarding in the lakes, and picking wild mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries. The outfitter is open from mid-May to late October.
