Club de Chasse et Pêche Tadoussac

An exclusive-rights outfitter set on the shore of Lac Boulanger on the Côte-Nord, Club Tadoussac / Auberge La Tanière brings together 23 fish-rich lakes, a six-room inn rated 4 stars and about ten fully equipped chalets sleeping 2 to 20 people. Brook trout are abundant: a quota of 10 trout per day, boat and electric motor included in the European-plan packages, and most lakes reachable by car or a few minutes' walk. On the hunting side, territories of roughly 6 km² each, baited and fitted with recent blinds and maintained salt licks, are devoted to moose (a quota of one animal per four hunters, an average 66% success rate since 2005); four sites with stands have hosted the bear hunt since 2017, and other sectors are set aside for small game — hare, partridge and spruce grouse. Beyond hunting and fishing: pedal boats and kayaks, a small sandy beach, hiking and snowshoe trails, ATV rental, guided beaver-watching excursions and ice fishing from mid-January to mid-March. In winter the outfitter also serves as a snowmobile relay, linked by a groomed trail to the federated Trans-Québec 3 trail.
