On the shore of Lac Maude — a 16-km-long lake of about 8.5 km² that it alone operates — Pourvoirie 3b offers sport hunting and fishing east of Senneterre, in Abitibi-Témiscamingue (Zone 13 East). With its many bays, sandy points and islands, Lac Maude is known for walleye and pike fishing; being the only operator on the water, the owners control the quotas and strongly encourage releasing large specimens. For hunting, six territories of 5-8 km² each, equipped with one or two blinds, target moose, spring bear and small game (spruce grouse, hare, ruffed grouse, Canada goose). Lodging is in chalets renovated in 2011, fully equipped (stove, fridge, wood stove, propane BBQ, running water and indoor toilet), on a European plan, with capacity for about twenty guests. Owned by the Branchaud family since the fall of 2010.

Access : By road

Road access. The outfitter sits on Lac Maude, about 90 km east of Senneterre on a well-maintained gravel forest road. From Senneterre: turn right on 10th Avenue, then right on rue du Parc, cross the railway to the left (becomes chemin du Parc Industriel) to the chemin des Pourvoiries intersection, turn left and follow the signs.
