About

In the heart of the Seigneurie de Beaupré, on the private lands of the Séminaire de Québec, Pourvoirie le Manoir Brûlé sits on one of the highest summits of the Laurentians, at 2,700 feet of elevation. Five easily reached, portage-free lakes teem with brook trout: three lakes of native speckled trout from 8 to 15 inches and two stocked lakes from 8 to 24 inches, including Lac Brûlé, the largest body of water in the Seigneurie. The cool water keeps the fishing excellent all summer, on the fly or with light tackle, from 16-foot boats with oars, motor and anchor. In zone 27 west, the outfitter reserves 31 km² of private territory for black bear hunting, baiting included, by bow, crossbow or firearm. Three European-plan chalets host your stay: Le Manoir with its 10 bedrooms (up to 19 people), Le Pavillon du Séminaire with 4 bedrooms (up to 16 people) and Le Petit Manoir, 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Between outings: hiking trails, lookouts reachable by vehicle, swimming, and wildlife and wind-turbine watching. The season runs from late May to mid-October.

No 2026 rate published: the site menu now reads 'Forfait chasse (complet)' (hunt package full) and the /forfait-chasse/ page has been stripped of its rate grid (title only, no PDF), while every other package received a 2026 sheet. priceFrom left null for that reason. For reference, the 2025 sheet still linked from /forfaits-peche-chasse/ ('FORFAITS-DE-CHASSE-OURS-2025.docx.pdf') showed: 2 nights – 4 hunters: $2,800 (1 bear), additional bear $850, taxes extra, 30% deposit at booking. 2025 season: spring June 1 to 30; fall crossbow and bow only. Lodging at Le Petit Manoir on the European plan, check-in 2 p.m. / check-out 11 a.m. The package's 'Comprend' panel says 'one bear per hunter', while the 2025 sheet bills an additional bear at $850 — unresolved discrepancy, to be confirmed with the operator. Hunt on a 31 km² exclusive private territory in zone 27 west, baiting included.
