At the heart of the Seigneurie de Beaupré, on the highest summits of the Laurentians (2,700 ft elevation), Pourvoirie le Manoir Brûlé occupies the Séminaire de Québec's private lands in zone 27. Fishing is on five brook-trout lakes — three of native trout (8 to 15 inches) and two of stocked trout (8 to 24 inches) — easy to reach, no portage, with 16-foot boats; the cool water keeps the fishing excellent all summer. Bear hunting takes place on an exclusive 31 km² territory (baiting included, by bow, crossbow or firearm). For a vacation stay, there are several kilometres of hiking trails, vehicle-accessible viewpoints, wildlife and wind-turbine viewing, and swimming. Lodging is in three European-plan chalets: Le Manoir (20 people, 10 rooms), Le Pavillon du Séminaire (16 people, 4 rooms) and Le Petit Manoir (4 people, 2 rooms).
