About

Le Pavillon de l'esturgeon is a small outfitter set in the upper Laurentians, on the shore of the Baskatong reservoir in Grand-Remous. It offers simple fishing camps with easy beach access. Simplicity is the word that best captures a stay here: walleye fishing from a boat at sunrise, unwinding at nature's own pace, swimming and getting out on the water. Lodging is in cabins (ready-to-camp) — five chalets along the reservoir. The outfitter offers a fishing package (boat, motor and gas included) plus rentals of motorboats, kayaks, canoes and pedal boats.

Access : By road

Road access. On Route 117, at km 288, turn onto Chemin Lépine. At km 19, turn right and follow the signs toward Pavillon de l'esturgeon. At km 32, turn right and follow the directions to the outfitter, for a total of about 35 km. Check-in 2:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m.
