Pourvoirie Némiscachingue

About
Pourvoirie Némis sits on Île Mantonokocik, in the heart of the vast Lac Némiscachingue (26 km long, 35 km² of water) in the Hautes-Laurentides. Its island setting shelters it from the flies — the wind sweeps the pests away — and makes it a haven of quiet for anyone wanting to leave daily life behind. It is first and foremost a fishing outfitter: walleye, pike and lake trout. Lodging is in fully equipped fishing cabins (kitchen, European plan) spread across the island, with one secluded cabin for added privacy; you can even book the whole island for a group of about 20 people. Several wild beaches line the territory. Moose and bear hunting are also offered on request.
