About

Pourvoirie L'Aventure du Pro (formerly Pourvoirie Moselle-Natakim) is a 309 km² exclusive-rights outfitter, one of the largest and wildest in Quebec, accessible exclusively by seaplane departing from Sainte-Anne-du-Lac. The fully protected territory holds 80 little- or never-fished lakes and 18 rustic cabins set on private lakes — only one cabin per lake, for absolute tranquility. The fishing yields record catches of walleye, pike, lake trout and speckled (brook) trout. Careful territory management ensures an exceptional success rate for black bear hunting (spring, baited sites with a watch tower) and moose hunting. Many trails lead to the small headwater lakes; depending on the season you can hike, pick wild berries (raspberries, blueberries) and mushrooms, and observe the wildlife and flora. Founded in 1957 by the Melançon family, the outfitter has kept all its authenticity and wild character. Some visitors have been returning for more than 40 years.
