Founded in 1980, Pourvoirie Michel St-Louis is a family-run outfitter tucked into Lac-du-Cerf, in the heart of the Hautes-Laurentides on the edge of the Outaouais, where guests are welcomed directly by the owners. Its private 2,500-plus-acre hunting sector suits deer, bear, wild turkey and small-game hunting (hare, ruffed grouse), with rifle, bow or black powder, over baited sites and blinds with guide service. For fishing, access to 5 water bodies, 2 of them private lakes, lets you pursue 7 species depending on the season and spot: brook trout, rainbow trout, lake trout, walleye, muskie, pike and bass. Lodging includes 4 cabins sleeping 4 to 14 people, two fitted trailers, plus serviced and wild camping sites on Petit Lac-du-Cerf. On site, a relais with full food service, a terrace and a liquor licence. Nearby: ATV and snowmobiling (federated-trail access), canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, diving, hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
