Tucked into the Monts-Valin in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, near Saint-Fulgence, Pourvoirie Itouk covers a fish- and game-rich territory of 70.3 km², dotted with nine lakes (including Lac Brazza, home to the main site) and known for its intimacy and the quality of its forest roads. The fishing season (May to September) offers native speckled/brook trout, with no stocking, and a boat and motor on every lake. In fall (late September to mid-October), firearm moose hunting is done in groups across the whole territory, with salt licks and blinds available, alongside a black bear hunt; an exclusive solo guided hunt, filmed as a keepsake, is also offered. In winter (January to March), snowmobiling across 70.3 km² of forest roads and off-trail terrain rounds out the offering. Lodging is in four fully equipped chalets (4 to 12 people), powered entirely by solar energy, with the Moonshine Lodge (up to 40 people, lounge, WiFi) as the gathering spot. Access : By road

Road access only, via a forest road north of Saint-Fulgence, in the Monts-Valin (source: the operator's welcome document). From Chicoutimi, follow Route 175 to the McDonald's, turn left onto boulevard de l'Université (still Route 175, 2.2 km), then right onto boulevard St-Paul to cross the Dubuc bridge toward Tadoussac (1.6 km); at the end of the bridge, take boulevard Tadoussac, which becomes Route 172 East toward Saint-Fulgence. Continue on Route 172 to kilometre 90, then turn left onto forest road L-200 (a toll of about $15, payable at the checkpoint, which asks for your destination outfitter, licence plate number, and length of stay). Stay on this road to kilometre 83, bear right at the fork (a Y), continue to kilometre 96, then turn at the outfitter's entrance (13 more km) toward the reception. Last gas station / convenience store: Esso 'Super Sagamie', 50 route de Tadoussac (Route 172), Saint-Fulgence.
