Pourvoirie du Lac Berval is a vacation and trout-fishing domain located in Montcalm, in the Laurentians, built around Lac Berval — a 27-hectare body of water reaching 11 m deep that is home to two trout species: brook trout and rainbow trout. The establishment offers nine fully equipped log cabins (from the Robinson for 3 people to the Rassembleur for 16), available on the European plan, with fishing packages in every season: boat fishing (rowboat, electric motor, 10-trout quota per right) from spring to fall, and ice fishing in winter. All packages and lodging include access to the lake, kayaking, pedal boats, a floating dock for swimming and hiking trails; winter adds a marked snowshoe trail. The outfitter also offers day fishing and custom corporate packages.
