About

Pourvoirie des Lacs Roger et Faucille is a 37 km² territory in the heart of Charlevoix, at Rivière-Malbaie, with 25 lakes and 15 comfortable lakeside cabins. Known for its warm welcome, it can host up to 100 guests a day. Fishing is for brook trout (speckled trout) across the 25 lakes, with more than 60 boats available (with or without motor). On the hunting side, the managed territory offers moose (success rate around 80% in recent years), spring black bear, and small game (ruffed grouse/partridge, snowshoe hare) along more than 15 km of roads and trails. For a vacation stay, there's hiking, wildlife watching and wild-berry picking. The cabins are equipped with propane lighting, running (non-potable) water, a propane and wood stove, a fridge and a shower. Family specials in July and August.

Access : By road

Road access in the Charlevoix region, at Rivière-Malbaie. Take Route 138, cross the La Malbaie bridge, then take Chemin de la Vallée following the campground signs; after about 3 km you reach 500 chemin de la Vallée. The reception (registration station) is at the grocery, about 1.5 km from Route 138 — check in there.
