About

Pavillon Bark Lake Lodge is a fishing and hunting outfitter set on the Cabonga Reservoir, in the heart of the La Vérendrye wildlife reserve. With nearly 700 km² of water, the Cabonga ranks among Quebec's best walleye and lake-trout fisheries and also holds northern pike; the fish are caught just a few minutes by boat from the lodge. On site, 13 fully equipped cabins host 1 to 18 people, supplied with running water and 24/7 electricity from a state-of-the-art solar-panel system. Stays come on a European or all-inclusive plan, with motorboat rentals and a fishing-guide service available as options. In spring, the lodge offers black bear hunting over baited sites, with an advertised 100% success rate, and also lodges moose hunters. Your hosts, Isabel and Marc, welcome you on either the European or American plan for a memorable stay in unspoiled nature.
