Domaine Sylva

Pourvoirie Domaine Sylva is a family domain tucked into La Croche, in the La Tuque area of the Mauricie, where rustic, comfortable cabins line the banks of the Croche and Saint-Maurice rivers. Guests come to recharge with family, friends, or solo in a peaceful forest setting — fittingly, "sylva" means forest. The eight cabins, each with running water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, sleep 4 to 6 people and offer private or shared docks depending on the cabin. Walleye and northern pike fishing is done right from the property, with a 14-foot boat and motor provided (European plan). The territory also lends itself to canoeing on the Croche and Saint-Maurice rivers, hiking, and relaxing at the beach. A non-exclusive-rights outfitter, open 365 days a year, summer and winter, and warmly welcoming to families, workers, and outdoor lovers. The domain was founded in 1993 by Paul Leclerc; his son Tommy took over in 2021.
