About

Domaine Le Pic-Bois is a family-run outfitter (the Lavoie family) tucked into the Charlevoix forest, in the foothills of Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie national park, at Saint-Aimé-des-Lacs. On an exclusive 840-hectare territory that is yours for the length of your stay, you can fish for brook trout in summer or ice-fish in winter, hunt moose on an exclusive basis in fall (a single party on the Domain), and take a guided black-bear observation excursion (reservation required, over 95% success rate). Six renovated chalets with lake views, wood stoves and full bathrooms also welcome families for a week's nature vacation — swimming, hiking, berry picking and wildlife watching.
