About
Domaine Chasse & Pêche Gaudias Foster is a family outfitter on lac Port-aux-Quilles, in Saint-Siméon in Charlevoix-Est, run by the Foster family since 1964. On a 35 km² exclusive-rights territory (zone 27 east), you fish for brook trout (speckled trout, native or stocked) and Quebec red trout / native Arctic char across 15 bodies of water, with 55 fiberglass and aluminum boats, electric-motor rentals and on-site licence issuance.
