Club Paradis Sauvage

About
Club Paradis Sauvage is a family-run exclusive-rights outfitter of 40 km² perched atop the mountains of the Côte-Nord, west of the rare Rivière-Portneuf Forest, 41 km from Portneuf-sur-Mer. Founded in 1952, the club has 15 lakes teeming with native brook trout and Arctic char — a prime fishing destination where catches often run between 2 and 4 pounds. The large Lac Quinn can be fished without a reservation, reachable on foot, by ATV or by car. In Zone 18, the territory offers moose hunting (advertised 75% success rate, one-week stays, a very limited number of hunters), black bear hunting and small-game hunting (hare, ruffed grouse, spruce grouse), all over baited sites. Lodging is in 5 new or renovated European-plan cabins sleeping 4 to 12 people, with shower, running water, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and veranda; one cabin is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
