Club Hogue

Hogue Club is an upscale hunting, fishing and lodging estate spread across a private natural territory of 205 km² with 105 lakes. The experience is exclusive and offered to a small number of guests at a time, lived in the refined comfort of private rooms or the intimacy of chalets in the wild. Three activities shape the season: black bear hunting from mid-May to the end of June (maintained baited sites, trail cameras, guidance from an experienced team), sport fishing from mid-May to early September on a selection of preserved lakes with premium equipment provided (primarily catch-and-release, with on-site tasting permitted), and moose hunting from late September to mid-October, by bow, crossbow or firearm on prepared zones. A culinary pavilion and a 'Fish House' let the team prepare the game and fish for a gastronomic experience in nature. Lodging comes in an American plan (luxurious rooms, resident-chef meals at the grand lodge) and a European plan (self-sufficient renovated chalets with full kitchen). Access is by floatplane or helicopter from an embarkation point, after pickup by private transport.
