Club de Chasse et Pêche Wapoos Sibi

Wapoos Sibi is a 100 km² exclusive hunting and fishing territory in the heart of the boreal forest of Northern Quebec, dotted with around twenty lakes and waterways. Lac Long (9 km long), at the foot of the main lodge, holds abundant walleye that share the water with brook trout and lake trout (no pike). The game-rich forest offers moose hunting ('Toolbox' management with a season extended into November), bear hunting over baited sites (June, maximum 16 hunters/year) and small-game hunting (ruffed grouse and spruce grouse). The territory also offers kayak river runs, hiking on Montagne Verte, blueberry picking, and ATV and side-by-side riding. Lodging is three 4-star chalets on the shores of Lac Long, with fully equipped kitchens, hot water, wood and gas heating, and solar electricity, accommodating 2 to 16 people. All packages are offered on the European plan (no meals).
