About
One cabin, one group, a lake to yourself: Club de chasse et pêche du Lac Lavoie holds an exclusive-rights territory deep in Minganie, on the Côte-Nord, with no road for hundreds of kilometres in any direction. You fly in, and you feel it the moment you land — the native brook trout of Lac Lavoie are not used to being disturbed, whether you work them on the fly or from the lake, on your own or with a guide. Fall belongs to hunters: moose and black bear, with firearm as well as bow and crossbow, in zone 19. Lodging is a single European-plan unit, so you cook your catch on your own schedule and the territory stays yours. Service in French and English, from 15 May to 30 October.
