Club Basque

Le Club Basques is an exclusive-rights outfitter in Charlevoix, in Baie-Sainte-Catherine, on a 16 km² territory just 0.9 km from Route 138. Ten to twelve brook trout lakes (omble de fontaine) are available — some reachable by road, others by ATV or on maintained walking trails (5 to 45 minutes) — with fine fish from 1/2 to 3 pounds. Moose and small-game hunting round out the offering, on a combined 7-day package. Lodging is in comfortable, well-equipped cabins (refrigerator, electric stove, wood stove, cookware, dishes, wool blankets), with a shared shower on site and a private shower in some cabins; worms and gas are available on site. A personalized, family-style welcome, with restaurants, grocery stores and whale-watching cruises 15 minutes away; pets not allowed.
