Camp Bonaventure - Division Salmon Lodge

Salmon Lodge is an Atlantic salmon fly-fishing lodge perched on an 80-foot bluff that has overlooked the majestic Grand Cascapedia River for over a century, on the Gaspé Coast. An Orvis-endorsed lodge, it gives anglers access to three of Gaspé's most renowned salmon rivers: the Bonaventure (known for its water clarity and sight-casting), the Petite Cascapedia (an intimate fly-fishing adventure) and the world-famous Grand Cascapedia, home of the Cascapedia Giants. Fishing is a full-day experience with a riverside lunch served by the guides: in June, from traditional 26-foot river canoes and by wading; in July and August, wade-fishing through the dry-fly season; in September, wading or canoeing depending on water levels. The century-old main lodge sleeps up to eight guests in four large double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, gathered around original century-old fireplaces, with a wrap-around porch and screened deck overlooking the river; the two-bedroom Beck's Guest House rounds out the accommodations. A dedicated Rod Room for gear; meals and beverages included, with supper paired with wine. Salmon fishing packages run 3, 4 or 7 days per angler, plus a custom itinerary linking the company's three lodges.
