About

About 80 km east of Lebel-sur-Quévillon, in hunting Zone 13, Pourvoirie Wetetnagami sits on the shore of the large Lac Wetetnagami, which stretches over 22 km. Seven fully equipped private cabins, solar-powered and sleeping 2 to 10 people, are scattered across the lake's bays and reached by a 10-to-15-minute boat crossing from the welcome point. The territory offers walleye and pike fishing (Lac Wetetnagami, St-Père and Wetetnagami rivers), moose hunting and guided black bear hunting over baited sites. The land is also home to partridge, hare, ducks, geese and snipe. Outdoor activities include blueberry picking from mid-August, swimming, canoeing and hiking. A charter plane transport service is offered from Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec City, and floatplane owners can land directly at the main lodge dock.

Location & access

Road-then-boat access: the welcome point is reachable by car, where guides prepare the boat for a roughly 10-to-15-minute lake crossing to the cabins. From Route 117 (via Louvicourt), take Route 113 to Lebel-sur-Quévillon via Senneterre, then forest road 105 to km 62, turn right onto chemin 602, then right onto chemin 626 and follow the signs. Also reachable by floatplane (landing at the main lodge dock or at the Julien and Est cabins); a charter plane transport service is available from Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec City.
