Extra: hunting licence. Guided rifle or archery hunt over baited sites (an average of about 85 active bait sites); hunter's choice of weapon (rifle, muzzleloader, bow, semi-automatic; no handguns in Canada). The operator tracks, retrieves, skins and prepares/freezes the meat. Spring bear season: May 15 to June 30. Zone 13. 50% deposit required, balance on arrival, deposit non-refundable and non-transferable; gratuities extra.

Species: walleye, pike, smallmouth bass, perch; whitefish and ling are also present — no slug, left out of targets. Wild species (not catch-and-release unless you choose). Fishing season: third week of May to mid-October. Lake and river Dasserat (3rd Lake – Kanasuta), fishing zone 13 West. Boat-operator competency handled via a safety check list. 50% deposit required; gratuities extra.

Cottage rental less than 7 days (weekend): $100 per night per person (confirmed on /lodging-in-quebec/). Outfitter made up of a main lodge and 7 cottages, up to 50 guests, group sizes 2 to 8 people. Private cottages: solar power (fridge and lights), propane stove, indoor toilet and hot/cold-water shower, wood stove and firewood. 50% deposit required; any accommodation not specifically priced can be arranged on request.
