Fishing is priced by access, not as an all-inclusive package. Lac Giles and the surrounding Haute-Gatineau lakes/rivers hold lake trout, northern pike, smallmouth and largemouth bass, lake whitefish and yellow perch (plus burbot/sunfish/bullhead). A small stocked lake (agreement with the ministry) offers brook trout (speckled trout) and rainbow trout. Access rights to the stocked lake: $30/person/day if staying at Mijocama, $40/person/day if not. Boat + electric motor + battery: $60/day. Winter fishing: snowmobile transport and holes $40/day; heated fishing-shack rental $60/day.
