On the boundary between the Outaouais and the Laurentides, along the shores of the Baskatong reservoir, Pourvoirie Club Brunet has been a family business since 1964. The Baskatong is a true inland sea: 413 km² in area, roughly 1,800 km of perimeter, more than 2,800 km of mostly sandy shoreline, and over 160 mapped islands. It is renowned for the quality of its fishing and ideal for water sports. The club offers 12 fully equipped waterfront rental cabins (electricity, artesian-well running water, shower and toilet, full kitchen, microwave, dishes), each with an outdoor fire pit, plus tent and trailer camping sites on a peninsula nestled between two beaches. The marina has 5 docks, a boat launch ramp, and a gas station, and boats with motors can be rented on site. On-site amenities include a reception, a convenience store, a restaurant, a marquee tent, a beach, playgrounds, a laundry room, and sanitary blocks.
